As the photographer for the Fairfax County Public Schools for 27 years, I had many photo opportunities with well known people who visited people and places within the school system.  One was Nancy Reagan. As First Lady, one of her causes was to help end dependance on illegal drugs through her "Just Say No" campaign.  She visited Cameron Elementary School to watch an assembly put on by Cameron students using the "Just Say No" theme.  What I remember most about that day is that Nancy Reagan seemed genuinely interested in the children and joined them sitting on the floor of the school's gym.
