We have been photographing the Jill's House Christmas Brunch for as long as there has been one. We never get tired of being at an event that is meant to raise awareness, support and funding for Jill's House! And if you are not familiar with Jill's House, here is how they describe it on their web site. "Jill’s House celebrates children with special needs and provides relief to the extraordinary families who love them through short-term, overnight respite care."
The brunch is a great time for the women who attend to meet with friends and fellow supporters of Jill's House and lend support by purchasing raffle tickets for some great donated prizes or by bidding on items in the silent auction. This year's program featured a mom of a Jill's House kid telling of her experiences with Jill's House. Both the staff of Jill's House and many outside vendors contributed to the success of this brunch. Everyone coming through the front door was greeted by Christmas carols sung by the talented Langley High School Madrigals. Harp music was provided by Kate Rogers. The fantastic food came from the talented folks at Seasons 52 in Tyson's Corner. Valet parking was provided by Unipark Valet. Decorations came from Arhaus in Tyson's Corner. There were two authors who had tables where people could find out about their books- Lezlie Evans and Nada Jabbour Hatem. And a company with beautiful jewelry, Kendra Scott. Everyone worked together to create a beautiful event.
Here are a few photographs of the Christmas Brunch. You can see more photos on our I Do Photography Inc. web site.
